How to Access Past Purchases

In order to access your purchased downloads right away, you must create an account during or prior to checkout. Once you have made your

purchases, within 24hrs you will be able to login to your account and access your downloads in the section shown below. If you cannot access

your downloads after 24hrs, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue right away for you.

Accessing New Downloads for Lifetime Members:

If you have purchased a lifetime membership, and looking to find new releases, you will need to download all volumes within your user account to access new models or blueprints released. New models will be placed in the "Latest" or "Beta and Future Releases" Zip Volumes found in your user profile under My Downloadable Product section. We recommend re-downloading these volumes once a month to make sure you have all the latest models released.
