How to Access Your Purchase:

In order to access your purchased downloads right away, you must create an account during or prior to checkout. Once you have made your purchases, within 24hrs you will be able to login to your account and access your downloads in the section shown below. If you cannot access your downloads after 24hrs, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue right away for you.

How to Unzip Your Files?

Windows Users-

To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location. To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Winzip Users-

Launch WinZip from the start menu or Desktop icon. Open the compressed file by navigating to the folder using the WinZip Files pane and double clicking on the compressed file. If you only want to unzip some of the files, click on a file in the zip file pane and then check the box to unzip the files or unzip a folder by selecting the checkbox next to it. Click the  on the Unzip to button in the Actions pane. Choose the destination folder to place the uncompressed files and click "Unzip" button.Your extracted files will appear in the WinZip file pane in the selected destination folder.

 

When Will My Package Ship?

RifleConnection.com offers mostly downloads. Most orders are not physically shipped unless specified in the item description.

 

What Software Do I need?

We offer file types compatible with the following softwares:

Solidworks, Fusion 360, Autodesk, Catia, Cura, 3D Builder,  Leopoly, Tinkercad, and many other softwares. If you do not know what type of file type you need, we recommend parasolid or step formats as they seem to be the most universal.

 

Why am I getting an error on download?

This could sometimes be caused by trying to download multiple files at once. We recommend downloading one file at a time. Allow one download to finish before starting another.

 

Are the Tolerances Accurate?

RifleConnection.com only offers models and blueprints of working firearms. Blueprints will contain dimensions and machining tolerances, material call outs, and much more information needed for manufacturing purposes.
